WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Currently we accept Cash and personal Cheques only. All major credit cards (Master and Visa) will be accepted shortly. Advance payment of 50% must be deposit along with your order, remaining balance will be settle upon delivery.
WHAT IS CANCELLATION POLICY?
Deposit amount will be refundable fully within 24 hours in case if order is cancelled by customer. (Customer has to provide a written form/message and include the reason for cancellation. An amount of 50% will be deduct after 25th hours to 48 hours - (No refund will be given back after 48 hours)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
An order status of “Processing” means your order has been entered into our system and has been sent to the manufacturer. The order status will remain the same as “Processing” until we receive shipment tracking information back from the manufacturer (This whole process may take from 8 to 10 working days utmost from the time your order is confirmed)
